Qigong is a Chinese Modality of healing and energizing through movement. Polly brings over 10 years of experience in energy healing to her treatments and classes.

This was an incredible weekend. The sun shone the entire time, and the exceptional group of people who participated meshed together wonderfully. Besides Qigong, we also practiced Reiki, Yoga, meditation, star gazing, walks on the beach, laughter, and lots of wonderful food!
