This retreat was lead by Karen Hefner, a wonderful Shamanic Practitioner, Reiki Master and Firewalk Facilitator.


Karen led us on a Shamanic Journey to help us connect with our Animal Spirit Guides through the use of drums and guided meditation. We made our own drums and gave voices to them in a ceremony honoring the drums and the animal guides leading us.


A retreat well worth repeating!
