Why Reiki?

Add stress to a chain and the weakest link will break. So it is with our bodies.

We add stress to our bodies everyday through relationships, work, maintaining a home, children, helping others and life in general. Even driving to the store can be stressful. Have you ever felt impatient when the line ahead of you is moving too slow? Or when someone cuts you off in traffic? Simple things can cause irritation when the stress limit of your body has been exceded.

If we don't de-stress in some way, just like the chain, we will break. Our bodies are made of many different systems,some are stronger then others. Whichever is the weakest will be the one to break first.

The good news is that we can help our bodies de-stress in many ways:

  • Daily meditation
  • Daily exercise
  • Eating heathful foods
  • Drinking purified water

Plus, adding Reiki to your life will help you heal yourself, physically, emotionally and spiritually. The human body is amazing. It has the capability to rebuild itself on a daily basis. So join me and experience the power of Reiki.
